Day 114 Snorkeling and Beach Fire
Jessica determining if it’s a good spot to jump off the dinghy?
Today, we sailed to Farmers Cay, and the weirdest thing happened, the wind was in our favor and we could actually use both sails and no diesel engine. And still go in the direction we desired. That was super unusual. We met up with our friends from Blackbeards again, Ron and Shelly on the beach. Their dog Skipper, and Alli had a good time together too! We also met a new couple from Ohio. Jessica enjoyed reminiscing about Cincinnati Chili. Then the conversation turned toward all the foods from America that we crave….. and yes, Eastern North Carolina vinegar barbecue came up in the conversation. We made a fire on the beach with a little bit of palm leaves and dead mangrove vines that we could find. But it was enough to grill hotdogs over the fire. Jessica and I went snorkeling, our favorite thing to do together. We saw some beautiful fan coral soft sponges, and tube coral, along with some parrot fish and other colorful fish that we could not identify. I asked Jessica to come over to a coral head and she was wondering what in the world I was begging her for. I explained that there was a large puffer fish between two coral heads, and you could only see the eye on his left side and his head. She was amazed by the beauty, even though she could not see the whole puffer fish. A good time was had by all.

Nice!! I believe Scott loves to catch you bottoms up Jessica. It also may be time for him to sport a man bun or braids. Lol
