Day 129 Left George Town Sailing North to Rudder Cay Turtle Swim
This morning, our compass read North for the first time. It was sad leaving Georgetown on our slow journey back toward Florida, but we had an excellent two weeks with the amenities and friends we have made along the way in Georgetown. I will admit that a tear fell from my eye as we left Elizabeth Harbour. Later that day, I told Jessica that we have one month left on our visa in the Bahamas and we are going to make the most of it and enjoy the adventures to come for the next 30 days with our soulmate!!!! Jessica and I sailed in the ocean north to Rudder Cay. We anchored next to an underwater piece of artwork called the Musician, which is a statue of a piano and mermaid that was placed by David Copperfield. Afterwards, we snorkeled over toward the limestone rock wall, and Jessica spotted a turtle that had one flipper missing. Kind of sad, but the turtle seemed to be swimming along pretty good.

Don't be sad! You have enough memories for a lifetime and you know you'll be back. Besides, you get to bring your soulmates home with you! Enjoy this month and stay safe and healthy. We'll be so glad to see you again!
