Day 150 Taking in the local atmosphere in Bimini

After two days straight of snorkeling with sharks, we decided to take a break today. We walked over to the Radio Beach and got our fill of loud obnoxious music. Jessica said I know why this Beach is called Radio Beach. They blare the music so loud. We enjoyed red snapper for lunch amongst the crowds. We had a good conversation with Jessica’s Dad and Trish on the phone, thank you Elon Musk for Starlink.  We came back and picked up Alli and did what we do best which is take the dinghy to a secluded beach. Next thing I know, Jessica found a large piece of driftwood that she said would look so good in our front yard garden back at home. I said oh, it is so big. I don’t know where we will put it on the boat. Therefore, I walked around the beach and look for a smaller piece and realized during my walk that Jessica asks for very little. This is one thing that she asked me for and so I decided we will do what it takes to bring this large awkward piece of driftwood home because I love her so much.

  1. My Mother wanted to bring driftwood from Rural Retreat, Va to Chesterfield, Va. My Father gave in and said Ok. That made my Mother very happy. The driftwood is in some of our home photos…I will try to find one and send it to you guys…Dad
